Quranic Evidence for Inheritance Shares

Children: "Allah commands you regarding your children: for the male, a portion equal to that of two females..." (Surah An-Nisa 4:11)

Wife: "...if you die and leave no child, your wife shall have one-fourth... if you leave a child, she shall have one-eighth..." (Surah An-Nisa 4:12)

Parents: "...for each of the parents is a sixth if the deceased left children... But if you are childless and your parents are the only heirs, then your mother will receive one-third. But if you leave siblings, then your mother will receive one-sixth..." (Surah An-Nisa 4:11)

Kalalah Cases: "If a man or woman dies leaving neither ascendants nor descendants but has a brother or a sister, they each receive a sixth..." (Surah An-Nisa 4:12)
